    These PRIVATELY RE-VALUED CARDS have been written up in various places, including on page 244 of the 2025 UPSS Postal Card Catalog. Their "status" SHOULD be on an equal footing with the UX47 re-value, but it isn't. These cards only exist as REPLY cards because they were mailed back to the sender, and they ONLY exist with staple holes at the bottom.
